Teddy Bear Picnic was part of bear week. Kindergarten teachers incorporated the theme into math lessons by counting; sorting by color, shape, and size, clothes, no clothes; and graphed the results. As an end of the week surprise, students brought teddy bears to school and had a teddy bear picnic.
