In addition to lock down drills, new cameras, and meetings with safety officials, we will begin implementing The Challenge Campaign. 

Experts from the School Safety Advisory Team who worked with the Secret Service and Sheriff’s Department encouraged school personnel to politely ask all visitors on a campus to identify themselves and their purpose for being on campus. According to these specialists, this simple act will  prevent over 99% of  potential  violent threats. So please do not be offended if someone asks you to identify yourself!  We are working together to keep our students safe!
