1st, 3rd, 4th, 7th, and 8th grades in special education
6th grades in both special and general education
I received my Bachelor's degree in Collaborative Education/Special Education (K-12) from The University of South Alabama and my Masters degree in Elementary Education (K-8) from The University of Phoenix
My teaching experience includes 12 years at the following schools: Leinkauf Elementary School, Magnolia School, Foley Middle School, Gulf Shores Middle School, and then 5 years ago, I moved down with the 6th graders to Gulf Shores Elementary School. I have spent the past 10 years teaching 6th grade and LOVE every minute of it! I currently teach 6th grade Math, Reading, Language Arts, and Science at Gulf Shores Elementary School.
I was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama. I moved to Baldwin County in 1993 and have lived here ever since. I enjoy spending time with my husband, three daughters, and two dogs. We spend most of our time together playing board games, boating, and participating in outdoor activities. This is my sixth year at Gulf Shores Elementary School and I am excited to be teaching your child! I hope to make a positive difference in your child's life and plan on having a successful school year!
